As those who attended Southwest Fox 2011 (and those who read Doug Hennig’s blog last November) know, registrations for last year’s conference were very slow, to the point that we were looking at a five-figure loss and expected it to be the last full-blown Southwest Fox. Fortunately, we got enough later registrations to save the day.

For this year, we convinced the hotel to let us postpone our final commitment to July 2 (not coincidentally, the day after the deadline for SuperSaver registration). In order to confirm that commitment, we must have a sufficient number of people registered by then to ensure that the conference is financially sound.

So we implore you. If you’re coming to Southwest Fox 2012, do us and yourself a favor and register by July 1, letting us know that the community still wants this conference and earning yourself the best price.
